Welcome! 

I'm Rebecca, an independent design advisor with a BA Honours First class Degree in Design Studies, which combines psychology with creativity.

 

There is more to design than just what we see in front of us, and so my expertise is the study & innovation around the process of a design, as opposed to the finished product alone.

 

Since becoming a mum (now to three children ages 5, 7 and 12 years old), I feel I am much better equipped at knowing the needs of youngsters, hence the name 'Mumgineer.'

 

In the past I've worked for some top design companies in the UK on the creative team for some very familiar or leading international brands.

 

I am a multi-award winning photographer, researcher, design psychologist and a product inventor.

My portfolio very much exhibits various innovative design ideas, lifestyle hacks and creative solutions with the specialist areas of focus being on the needs of young children and their families.
